Wild and Grounded Women’s Nature Circle with Hi-Tec South Africa

This Women’s Month, August 2023

I facilitated a Wild and Grounded Women’s Nature Circle in partnership with Hi-Tec South Africa.

Together we gathered beneath a tree on the lawns of Groot Constantia Wine Estate in Cape Town, enjoyed coffee and croissants from Jonkershuis and shared about:

Giving ourselves permission to be still, to seek pleasure and to put ourselves first. As easy as this sounds; most women and mothers place a lot of guilt on themselves when doing any of the above. And we find ourselves overgiving, placing everyone’s needs above our own and really never allowing space to be still.

Candice from Love It Sanctuary led the silent mindfulness walk. And together we shared and journaled about the hard things, the true things and how we will prioritize choosing ourselves first going forward.
